Her stomach looks like she had liposuction done to it but it didn't heal evenly.
She may be one of those whose scars expand during healing instead of contracting. The scars on her areola visible during that infamous "half-chest" slip are typical of those with that condition.
Unfortunately it isn't until after the procedures are done that the condition can be found out.
Alternatively, the surgical sites may have become infected, resulting in excessive scarring.
That is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. What in the world is going on with her body? Look at her stomach, what's up with that?
