It's not quite as good as it sounds for the Phillies. It is being reported that the Phillies had to give up Cliff Lee to get Halladay, so it's just a trade-off, with a slight upgrade.It is, however, VERY good for Halladay, possibly baseball's best pitcher, who will have the league's best offense behind him.
