I was at that concert, and I have to disagree with the link: this was not a hard act for the Who to follow. Miley and her "Please Pay Attention To Me!!!!" cameo got a nice welcome, but after two songs, everyone had enough of Miley's boobs coming out and we were ready for the Who to come out. And they did not disappoint. One of the top 10 concerts I've ever seen, and my top two include the Who in 1975 with Moon and Entwistle.
Miley's edgy, black tape X's over the nipples might have shocked my older generation, traditional morals if I hadn't seen Wendy O. Williams of the Plasmatics do the same thing a thousand times in 1982.
