    Yes it appears to have been a waste of money, but he won't be suing anyone for disclosing his fee as the article said. He did sue the Texas AG, but the Texas AG ruled that commencement speaker fees paid by public institutions are a public record and must be disclosed. A court agreed and it was published weeks ago.
