Since she's also apparently smashing the chap's head in, I think it may be possible that the phallus and feet may be props.
There's really no way to say. There's a lot about that scene that seemed fake, so anything is possible.
The legs are moving around like a real person during the head smashing. That would be an expensive prop for a low budget movie.
