I'm not really sure that either "object" or "teleport" are appropriate for getting a single photon to jump from Earth to a satellite. A lot of the nature of Quantum Physics is that it's impossible to identify a single photon in the first place.
If u listen to the video it didnt say a physical object was teleported but it communicated.
