An Irvine, California, company called Talking Presidents has begun to sell a Barbie-sized 'Talking Bill Clinton.' The $30 doll sports white hair, a suit and black-and-blue striped tie and spouts infamous Clinton quotes like, 'I did not have sexual relations with that woman.'
