Weekly World News: "FRANCE SURRENDERS TO NORTH KOREA! After news agencies reported in mid-July that the communist nation has secured enough plutonium to make several nuclear bombs, the French government quickly issued a double secret Decree of Surrender to leader Kim Jong Il. 'By surrendering early, we are hoping to be spared any unnecessary tragedy or bloodshed,' says a high-level French government source. 'We are now awaiting word from the North Koreans to begin enacting the terms of the decree.'
Some of those bizarre terms include making Korean the official language of France, tearing down the Eiffel Tower and erecting a huge statue of Jong Il in its place, and renaming Paris to Kim Jong Il City.
