Chalkboards are out. Teachers have been ordered to cover them up. Students' desks are no longer to be arranged in rows.
Teachers shouldn't lecture from the front of the classroom. Are those rules from some spacy new-age private school in New England or California? Nah - those are the new rules for New York City public schools.
