TIME Magazine picks the ten best movies of 2003. He gave the nod to LOTR, did not mention Mystic River, Lost in Translation, or Monster. The surprise selection: All the Real Girls. Critic Richard Corliss picked Mona Lisa Smile as the WORST film of 2003. I suppose hifalutin' critics like him don't get to see Cuba Gooding movies.
