R. Kelly's Attorneys want evidence banned. Boy, that's a bad sign. The true last refuge of a scoundrel - "yes, I did everything I'm accused of, but you obtained the proof illegally, or I had immunity. Nannie-nannie-boo-boo.". Or, as we like to calll it in technical legal terms, The Oliver North Defense.
