James Cameron has attached himself to GHOSTS OF VESUVIUS, based on an upcoming book by Charles Pellegrino about the volcanic eruption that leveled Pompeii in 79 A.D. Listed only as a co-producer right now with his Lightstorm Entertainment partners Jon Landau and Rae Sanchini, Cameron will wait a while before deciding whether or not he will direct.
