Paris Hilton's latest job: sausage handler. Yeah, I think I've seen her audition tape for that job. Very impressive. The contributor of this story was Sparks, who wrote "The Simple Life girls made an unannounced stop in my town Saturday filming a segment for the upcoming season. It had been discussed for a while that they might be staying with an area family for a couple of days, but this specific appearance was a complete surprise. Their assignment was making boudin, a Cajun specialty food best described as sausage with rice cooked in it, at a local meats & specialties store (that I love, BTW), and then trying to sell it on the street. Unfortunately, I was out of town at a conference and missed the fun."
