FCC has officially declared that Oprah Winfrey is free to describe oral and anal sex acts on air. - but Howard Stern is not. The reason is that Howard is, per the NY Post's faulty spell-check program, a "lightening" rod, which is apparently a long stick which can be used to turn yourself summer blond. Hey! Come to think of it, that IS Howard.
