Kissinger tape: Nixon too drunk to speak with British PM about world crisis.. And then when he got REALLY bombed, he thought it would be a real hoot to name Gerald Ford as vice-president. He was going to name "Donald Duck" at first, but he thought Ford would be even a sillier choice.
