Driver files federal suit in fight over rates. You would think Daniel Steiner should get a medal. He's an entrepreneur who found a great way to make a living while helping people. He transports people to medical clinics for their appointments, and he does it damned cheap. He's happy, his customers are happy. Only one problem: he has run afoul of the rules requiring "limo drivers" to charge a minimum of $40 per ride.
