Jon Stewart signs a great new deal with Comedy Central. The network finances his production company, but he gets complete freedom, and if Comedy Central passes on his projects he can sell them elsewhere. He can even offer them to other networks first, as long as Comedy Central eventually gets the right of first refusal.
