Gasoline costs $2.75 in Iraq - to fill a 22 gallon tank with high test at the full-service pumps! How can it be so cheap? Thank the American taxpayers, who are paying $1.50 per gallon to buy it from Kuwait so it can be given away in Iraq! (Iraq has vast fuel reserves, but miniscule refining capacity.)
