A Texas lawyer was arrested yesterday and charged with offering to provide legal services in exchange for a sex act and some hot girl-on-girl action. And the worst part is he's my lawyer!

• He isn't really, but he's on our school board and lives a stone's throw away, assuming you have a helluvan arm. His daughter was a state champion in gymnastics at my daughter's high school.
