The Girl in the Cafe is the best romantic comedy set at a G-8 summit. Hard to argue that point. I don't know anything about the film, but Bill Nighy is one of the most underrated character actors in the business - comedy or drama, mainstream or offbeat, restrained or zany. He's kind of like a middle aged Johnny Depp.
