This is a real headline: "Belgium to ban Boy Scouts from killing chickens"
  • ... Under the old rules, the scouts were not allowed to shoot or stab the bird, but they could choke the chicken.
  • There's good news for you Belgian gals - girl scouts may still kill chickens with impunity!
