A Cincinnati man has been charged with public indecency for exposing his breasts. One must concede that his arrest is a fair, impartial application of a very silly law. Why DO we have laws that prevent women from showing their breasts? We should have laws forbidding women from covering them! Except in certain cases. I'll let Rosie O'Donnell have a waiver.
