Investigators Re-Open Abu Ghraib Investigation
The US Army is re-opening its investigation into alleged abuses at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison after a series of holiday e-cards have come to light suggesting that mistreatment of prisoners at the institution may be ongoing.
