The kiddie movie and DeNiro's CIA marathon performed approximately according to expectations. The two sports movies did not. Rocky Balboa received strong reviews, but did not prove especially tempting to moviegoers. We Are Marshall barely made a dent in the standings.Eragon suffered a precipitous decline of 70% from last weekend, indicating poor word of mouth among members of its target audience. That matches up with the lambasting given to it by critics.
