Netteller is an e-wallet liek PayPal, but it can be used to give and receive funds from gambling sites. The US Feds therefore consider it to be laundering money for illegal gaming. (Neither of the men has ever held any position or stock in an actual gambling site.) This demonstrates that the complete crackdown on internet gambling is getting closer and closer, although the process will be gradual and methodical rather than dramatic.
