Here is the key fact: "Plaintiff believes that, during production or post-production for the Motion Picture, certain physical footage containing images of actress Jennifer Aniston was misappropriated and illegally copied."

Or, to put it another way, that image was the real deal, not a Photoshop job as many or even most of us believed!!!
