"Actual video of an infamous signal hijacking incident in Chicago in 1987. An episode of Dr. Who on Chicago's PBS station was interrupted by a guy in a Max Headroom costurme babbling. The same stunt was pulled on WGN during a news broadcast earlier the same day, though there was no audio from the pirate the first time and WGN was able to cut away much sooner.
