The clip of Mr. Robins is from late in his career and is taken from the 1947 film "Mother Wore Tights".The clip of Mr. Levine is from late in his career as well and is believed to be from an early 70s (possibly his final) appearance on "Captain Kangaroo."
This guy managed to bore and terrify me simultaneously when I was a kid. He would just go on and on and on ... as you can see in this clip.
