Brit college students may be prosecuted for publishing one of the Danish Mohammed cartoons
"... to the Crown Prosecution Service, which will decide whether to press charges against the students in the coming weeks."

If this sounds odd to you Americans, remember that the First Amendment is the one thing which truly makes America unique. The USA is the only country where the appropriateness of public political speech is decided by the individual, not by the government. In every other country one may be jailed for the public expression of an idea not pre-approved by the government. ("Hate crimes.")
