Here are the zipped .avi files at Rapidshare. She really is nude, but it's dark and sometimes far from the camera.Her PR flack reported that the torture scenes were done by a body double but worded it specifically that way, instead of simply saying that all of her nudity was done by a double. The careful wording leads me to believe that some of the nudity is really Portman.
Also, her entire face is in some shots with her body. (See below) It is not unknown to show a body double's face. I can think of two examples: Kate Beckinsale in Haunted and Isabelle Adjani in Diabolique. But I just don't think of Milos Forman as the kind of director who would try to get away with something so sloppy.
