In his court documents, filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Von Anhalt claims O'Reilly's "false and/or defamatory" words "directly injure[d] his reputation in a substantial portion of his community."I would like to see him produce any witnesses from that "substantial portion" who now think less of him after watching O'Reilly's commentary.
