Here's the fake copy of Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows

NOW I get it. The hoaxer and the author are two different people. The author wrote it as a labor of love. It's fan fiction which was never intended to be passed off as the work of JKR. In fact, it is supposed to have a different title. "Harry Potter and the Seventh Horcrux"

The hoaxer simply found it, re-titled it, and posted it as the real thing!
