I just can't figure this guy out. Based on his credentials, he must be one of the smartest men ever to enter politics. He has a JD from Harvard Law, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He was the valedictorian of his class as an undergraduate. So why does he keep making statements that seem to be hand-me-downs from Dan Quayle? 'Tis a mystery.
