Actually, the only major difference is that all of the women near the top of the lesbian list have appeared in the shows that lesbians watch. Three of the top six are on the L-Word. Guys pretty much have no idea who Leisha Hailey and Sarah Shahi are. You have to think that may have hurt their ranking.

The other major difference is that lesbians have no special interest in breast size on eway or the other. That's an exclusive guy thing.
