It was a pet pig named Fred.Strangest part of the story: the wildlife cops say "Good thing it wasn't a feral hog. Hunting them is illegal, but there's obviously no law against killing a domesticated pig raised for food." But the hunters say, "We were told that it was a feral hog, and we hunted it on the pretense that it was a feral hog." (In other words, "Please arrest us! We're bad-asses. No, really.")
