What Nifong did was worse. The FBI agents allowed a bunch of known criminals to get prosecuted for something they did not do. The victims were innocent of that particular crime, but they were bad guys. (Two of them were mob bosses, the other two petty criminals.) That's bad, but one can at least understand it. Nifong, on the other hand, withheld exculpatory evidence against some kids who were guilty of no crimes at all!
