The Sox scored eight in the top of the second, and the Yankees matched them in the bottom half!The Yanks are now leading the majors in runs scored. At the mid point in July they were 47 runs behind the Tigers! The Tigers are still running neck-and-neck with them, but no other club is even remotely close.
