"The clause in question stated that 'CBS shall not be held responsible for any diseases passed from the program's host to contestants by means including but not limited to licking, urination, and shared cocaine or other illegal narcotics.' According to several entertainment attorneys, that wording is well known in Hollywood as the 'Andy Dick clause' and is inserted into the contracts of anyone who works on a project with the comedian.
