ESPN - Red Sox, Yankees both talking to Twins about Santana - MLB

"The Red Sox and Twins are discussing the framework of a Johan Santana deal that would have Boston sending four players to Minnesota"

It's a pretty sweet deal for the BoSox. They have to give up Jon Lester, but hey, they get Santana, presumably on a renegotiated long-term contract. It's also not so bad for the Twins. They get four players, and all they lose is a year of Santana, because he's a free agent next year. The deal is NOT finalized, and the Yanks are still in the picture.
