The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly - The Ecstasy of Gold
Tuco finds the cemetery where the gold is buried. Great scene. Great score by screen legend Ennio Morricone, who has 242 composer credits at IMDb. Elmer Bernstein has a comparable 238, but is dead now. Morricone, at age 79, is still at it. He's composing the music for Tornatore's upcoming Leningrad movie as well as for the sequel to The Untouchables. He has been nominated for five Oscars, and was NOT nominated for two of his best scores: The Good the Bad and the Ugly, and Once Upon a Time in America.

That Oscar tally still leaves him far behind Bernstein, who was nominated for 11 Oscars, winning once. Amazingly enough, he did not win for The Magnificent Seven, which lost to the equally impressive score from Exodus.
