To review, Scoopy Prime states that there is always somebody to hold an opinion no matter how absurd or just plain wrong it is. In this case, some business site has assembled a list of America's top ten cities for fun. I could go on and on with specific examples, but only one will suffice to demonstrate Scoopy Prime: Las Vegas is NOT on the list; Providence, Rhode Island IS. They not only hold that opinion, but have created an intricate mathematical model to support it.That's only the most obvious problem. You'll find plenty more. Pittsburgh is on the list. Miami, New Orleans, and Orlando are not.
