Romney assures nation: "I would not have a pink house"

Thank the Lord for that clarification. For a minute there I thought he might be lacking Presidential timber!

(1) Romney seems to be splitting hairs. I have read elsewhere that his mansion is salmon colored. It seems to me that "My house isn't pink, it's salmon" is something only a chick would say.

(2) What's wrong with living in a pink house? My parents' house was pink, based on the following logic: my mom liked it; my dad didn't give a shit either way. You could have painted it day-glo green and he would have shrugged his shoulders, poured a beer, and found something else to think about.
