Someday I'm going to have to read the Tennessee statutes. I understand they have one entire book dedicated to floral arrangements. It's the only place on earth where the laws were written by Martha Stewart.Well, possibly excepting Eritrea, where they can't afford enough paper to have written laws, so they just make everyone follow the only written document they have handy: the October 2002 issue of Martha Stewart Living, which they dug out of some trash discarded by Ethiopia.
