Coppin State failed to become the first 20-loss team in the round of 64. Their conquerors, the mighty Mt St Mary Mountaineers, will be the lamb led to the slaughter against North Carolina. Mt St Mary was down at halftime, but won the game with their bench, which scored 25 points compared to only three for Coppin's reserves.Mt St Mary's is quite the unlikely NCAA participant itself, having been 10-13 just a while back, after their February 7th loss to Wagner.
