As opposed to a perfectly good explanation. There are basically only two possible explanations. "I was cleaning something off me," or "I was fucking the vacuum cleaner," and he chose one of those, so I wouldn't exactly call it "unusual." It's somewhat short of a trip to Salvador Dali territory.

An unusual explanation would be "it's so powerful that it sucked the clothing off me." Or "I was framed by the cleaning lady. She hypnotized me."
