You can't really stop them. OK, you can catch them and expel them, but then they go play tag at home or on the streets. The only way to put a stop to this vile curse is to do what we do here in Texas. Make it a capital offense, and execute them. The coolest part is when the executioner pulls the switch and says "you're it."
