These books are not works of delicate subtlety. This a review of the series. John Ringo himself said it was a very good review, and that he agreed totally and unashamedly. Like the author of the review, my introduction to the series, was with the second book, Kildar. I became curious as where the "hero" Mike Hammond got his money. So I read the first book, Ghost. Horrifyingly awesome or awesomely horrifying, you'd have to decide for yourself.
