Miley Cyrus aplogizes for having small breasts

The Miley Cyrus "topless" picture has to be the phoniest controversy ever. We wouldn't even have known she was topless if they hadn't told us. The caption says she is, so she is. Without the caption, it looks like a girl wearing a typical backless dress for her junior prom.

Now Miley says she's embarrassed by having shown her bare back? OK, I can see why she would be embarrassed by the exploitational publicity, but the picture itself is nothing. And I doubt that she's easily embarrassed. I mean she's not embarrassed that her dad is Billy Ray Cyrus? After that, she could get caught naked with a pool cue up her ass while licking an alpaca's balls, and still take it all in stride. "Hey, this is nothing. You wanna talk embarrassment? I'm the daughter of that Achy-Breaky Heart guy."
