J.J. Abrams in for 'Teacher'

"J.J. Abrams' Hot is a Superbad-like story of a high school senior who sets out to have sex with his teacher before he graduates."

As Dr. Bergen Evans once said, "We may be through with the past, but the past ain't through with us."

I don't think he was referring specifically to 1980s filmmaking. I reached that conclusion when I read that he died in 1978.

I hope JJ has time for a subplot about an altar boy who sets out to have sex with his priest, so we can see all the eerie parallels between the stories. Let's hope that he can walk us through the rough spots of those pesky statutory rape charges so we all can smile, if only a little, at the sexual exploitation of children by educators and other authority figures.
