Lohan's lawyer wrote a letter which began, with typical legal discretion, "USA TODAY is idiotic ..."It does seem unusual to me that a fourth grader could have a law degree, but this is Lindsay's lawyer, after all. I assume Lohan would believe it if a fourth grader came up to her in a Garanimals suit and lowered his voice and said, "Er ... I'm one of those law guys. Better give me some money to write stuff for you."
